Pet-friendly homes
Punt in de Wind (see pictures below) in Forest Drive has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with outside shower and BBQ area. Sleeps maximum 5 persons and is pet friendly.
Mellowood (see pictures below) in Berglelie Street consists of a house that sleeps 6 and a flat that sleeps 4. Rented together or separately in this huge garden.
Houtgerus (see pictures below) in St Georges Avenue sleeps 8 persons and is a comfortable sunny house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large sundeck, private barbeque area (weber braai), outside shower, fridge, freezer, microwave, satellite TV, washing machine, and dishwasher. Pet friendly.
Jakkalsdraai (see pictures below) in St Andrews Avenue is a three bedroom log cabin with a very private garden. Sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and outside shower). It has no dishwasher but does have Satellite TV (with own SIM card) and is pet friendly (small extra charge). For those who want larger accommodation, this house is located next door to Albatros, see below.
Beach House, named because it is opposite one of the paths leading to the beach, (see pictures below) on St Michaels Avenue has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 7 persons. Besides linen, washing machine, a fridge, stove and microwave, this house also has satellite TV. Outside area with BBQ/Braai. It is fenced.
Other houses
Henkel (see pictures below) in St Andrews Avenue can sleep up to 8 persons and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with outside shower and BBQ area.
Loeri Del in Forest Drive is a self-catering house that sleeps maximum 6 persons and has 4 bedrooms upstairs with 2 double beds and 3 single beds, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with washing machine and tumble drier, lounge/dining room, covered outside braai/BBQ. Great location with lovely trees and bird song but can be chilly in winter.
Forest View (see pictures below) is also in Forest Drive and sleeps 9 persons. It has 2 double bedrooms and 3 single bedrooms in the main house. There is also a flatlet behind the house with a double bedroom. It has a large patio set away from the road.
The Ark (see pictures below) is situated in St Andrews which is the second street from the beach and it is near the lagoon. It sleeps 16 persons. It has 6 bedrooms (4 downstairs with double beds and 2 large bedrooms with 4 beds per bedroom upstairs) with basins in each room. It has 2 bathrooms with a toilet and basin upstairs and an outside shower. It has a garden and patios, including a covered area with covered BBQ. The house has a washing machine and drier but no dishwasher.
Downstairs is a separate kitchen plus 2 extra beds and there is a washing machine and tumble drier. The house also has a dishwasher. There is a lovely large deck around house but little usable garden.
Hoog en Droog (see pics below) in Forest Drive sleeps 8 persons and everything: a large enclosed garden, 2 sitting rooms, spacious deck with braai/BBQ, a big games room, large kitchen and dining room, and 2 carports. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms (one with and en-suite bathroom with bath), 2 twin rooms with single beds, and 1 family bathroom. Sleeps 8.
Downstairs is a complete apartment that sleeps 6 that has access from both inside the main house (with door to close) and from outside. This apartment has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, sitting room, and its own terrace and braai/BBQ area. Sleeps 6.
Depending on occupancy either the upstairs or downstairs can be rented separately or together (sleeps a total of 14 persons).
Lagoon House sleeps 8 persons and is located on the lagoon of Nature’s Valley. It has 2 double bedrooms with bath and toilet, another 1 bed, 1 bathroom accommodation with living room and kitchenette, and a 2 bedroomed flat with 1 bathroom with shower. Sorry, no pictures yet.
Beechwood:
Located in St George’s Avenue (see pictures below), it has been recently renovated with a new wing. It has a nice enclosed garden at the back of the house with sitting area and deck. Sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms: 2 twin bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms with balcony in the new wing. The upstairs bedroom also has a dressing room, sitting area and a little deck with sea views. 3 bathrooms in total. There is DSTV (you will need your own card), a good heating system, dishwasher and washing machine.
